-Light/medium mini band
-9 in pilates ball or pillow option
-Bench or chair option
-Medium Dumbbell or Kettlebell -
All Seasons Demo & Do Core & Cardio
90 seconds on the clock
Complete 30 plank walks
Sprint for the remaining time
Rest for 60 secondsGreat for travel
Repeat x6

-Knees (+ pike)
