20 Squats
10 Pushups
10 Double clean + press
20 Step back lunge + curl
10 1/2 Burpee
*Set a timer for 5 Minutes. As soon as minute "1" starts you have 60 seconds to complete 20 squats. Once you have completed the squats you rest for the remaining time. Example: You finish your squats in 30 seconds, then you rest for 30 seconds. As soon as minute "2" starts you have 60 seconds to complete 10 pushups and so on and so forth until you have completed all 5 moves. At the end of the 5 minutes rest for 30-60 seconds and repeat for 5 rounds total*
